HOW TO APPLY FOR STORM THE STAGE

APPLICATIONS OPEN ON 1 April 2010

You may enter either one or both categories, as you wish.

Applications will open on Monday 1 April 2010 and will close on Saturday 12 June 2010.

The standard entry fee is $35 for each category. The standard fee wil apply from 1st April 2010. (If entering both categories the standard fee is $50).

Submit the application form online and make an online Credit Card payment at the same time. If you are not able to do this then submit your application by mail with a cheque or money order made out to:  'Storm the Stage.'

Only Visa and Mastercard  credit cards may be used for online payments.  It need not be your own credit card (it may belong to a relative or friend) but do mention the name of the credit card holder in your application form - this way we can match the payment with your application. 

Both your application and the payment will be acknowledged.

If you submit and entry application form without a credit card payment, or if payment has been declined by your bank, your application will not be processed and it will become null and void.

Credit Card transactions made through this website are processed securely . You will receive online a dated receipt and a reference number should subsequent queries arise. If you have any problems with making a payment you may contact the Registrar at reg@stormthestage.com.au 

Please submit your application form once only, as  multiple applications cause confusion with registration procedures and may result in the cancellation of your original application. (So please press the 'Submit' button only once).

Should you have no Credit Card facilities then just complete and then print the application form  (but do not 'SUBMIT' it online.   
Send the printed form, together with a cheque or money draft from the Post Office made out to 'Storm the Stage' and crossed 'Not Negotiable', and mail both to:

Be sure to print an extra copy to keep for your own reference.
