Hugh Jackman - Supporter
Award winning actor Hugh Jackman has been an ardent supporter of Storm the Stage since its inception. Hugh graduated from the Western Australian Academy of the Performing Arts and has enjoyed international success for his stage appearances as well as his film roles.

His successful stage musical career has included roles as Gaston in Beauty and the Beast (Melbourne, Australia), Joe Gillis in Sunset Boulevard (Melbourne, Australia), Curly in Oklahoma! (London, UK), and Billy Bigelow in Carousel (Manhattan, New York) among others.

In 2000 Hugh became known to a wider audience when he played Wolverine in the Hollywood hit X-men. Since then his film career continues to garner success and this year (2006) we will see him reprise the role of Wolverine in X-Men: The Last Stand.

In 2004 Hugh won a Tony Award for his Broadway portrayal of Australian Peter Allen in The Boy from Oz.
